AfriTech Labor Company specializes in supplying highly skilled construction workers from Ghana for employment in Romania. Our services include the recruitment, training, and placement of workers in various construction fields such as electrical work, plumbing, masonry, and more. Payment for services rendered by AfriTech Labor Company must be made in advance as per the mutually agreed contract terms. The payment schedule will be outlined at the time of the contract signing, and late payments may incur additional fees. Accepted methods of payment include bank transfers, credit card payments, or other methods as mutually agreed. All fees are subject to VAT as applicable under Romanian law.
AfriTech Labor Company is committed to ensuring that all workers are treated fairly and in compliance with international labor standards. Workers placed by our company are entitled to the following:
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information shared during the course of this agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, worker personal information, and client details. AfriTech Labor Company adheres to GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) guidelines to ensure the protection of personal data, and all data will be handled in strict confidence and with due care.
AfriTech Labor Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure that workers are adequately trained and suited for their tasks. However, we will not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the course of employment. Clients are encouraged to provide insurance coverage to protect themselves and the workers against unforeseen circumstances.
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided as stipulated in the contract. We will not be held responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing with a 30-day notice. Termination may occur if either party fails to adhere to the terms of the contract. In the event of termination, the client must settle any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the date of termination.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the services provided by AfriTech Labor Company shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Romanian courts. Both parties agree to seek amicable solutions through mediation before pursuing legal action.
AfriTech Labor Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any amendments, and continued use of the services will be considered as acceptance of the updated terms. It is recommended that clients review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
